1-1 coaching allows in person contact time, while programming allows you to work independently. Normally a combination of both works well. However if you are just looking for a one off to brush up on your technique I can help with this!
A 1-1 coaching session to fully focus on yourself.
Currently I offer 1-1 coaching from a private gym based near Storrington West Sussex. These are ideal for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on improving their technique outside of a class environment.
2-1 coaching sessions or small group training is also available. Please inquire.
I offer bespoke programming focused on your goals and to fit around your life. You can choose the number of days a week to balance with other life priorities.
The programme will be personalised to your goals and address specific weaknesses. Injury prevention and staying healthy is at the forefront of my mind when writing programmes.
